  1. We understand shared-area cleaning, appropriate environmental disinfection, equipment boundaries, treatment-area scheduling, exposure prevention, and clearly assigned cleaning responsibilities.

The Guardian EVS Commitment

Our objective is to help rehabilitation and therapy facilities maintain clean, orderly, and professionally managed environments that support patient recovery, staff productivity, and daily treatment operations.

We recognize that therapy environments require attention to shared equipment, patient mobility, frequently used surfaces, and the coordination of cleaning activities around scheduled treatments.

Our approach emphasizes standardized work practices, appropriate infection-prevention measures, consistent service oversight, and professional accountability.

Guardian Janitorial Services — Professional Environmental Services. Managed with Purpose. Delivered with Accountability.

Shared therapy equipment may require cleaning and disinfection between patients. Guardian should only assume those responsibilities when specifically authorized, trained, and incorporated into the facility's procedures. Aquatic therapy areas also require coordination with facility personnel regarding pool chemicals, water treatment, and specialized safety requirements.

We apply established Environmental Services (EVS) principles to rehabilitation and therapy facilities, emphasizing standardized cleaning procedures, infection prevention, equipment awareness, patient safety, quality assurance, and operational accountability.

Our service model is designed to support the unique operational needs of rehabilitation environments while maintaining clean, orderly, and professionally managed facilities.
